The tickets to the Underground Tour on Counterfeit Island are at the bottom of the round garbage can to the right of the entrance. Once you have them, you have to return them to their owner, who is at the Web Browser Cafe on main Street. You return them to the guy in the internet cafe. The can with the tickets is the round one just to the right of the Underground Tour entrance. The one with the tickets is the second of the two round cans to the right.

I'm not sure why they are there, but they are not from the haunted house. They are from Counterfeit Island. Counterfeit IslandNo, Counterfeit Island is real. In fact, it'd be better named as "Art Island". Look in the round trash cans to the right of the Tour entrance. Move the trash out of the way until you find the tickets. You Need to go into the tunnel in there you will take a tour and then you might find it.

You can look around the island all you want. The "Underground Tunnel Tour" requires tickets. If you go where the tour guide is and go to the right there's garbage cans there. You do not die on Counterfeit Island. They are in one of the two trash cans near the Tour entrance under the garbage.

Find the house that says " Inspector Veuve-Noire " and use the Key to open the door. Enter the house, go to the upper level, click on the torn edge of the weird painting, and it will be revealed as the missing Scream.

Then, the lights go out and you are knocked out by someone. You will arrive in the Underground Hideout , the hideout of the Black Widow , notorious art thief. After question you, she will walk away and you find out tied up next to the shady guy, tied up too. Move your chair in direction of the shady guy. After that, both of you escape and you have to find a door and go in.
